Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 CT often ship same-day; after cutoff ship next business day.
- During high-volume drops/restocks for popular BAPE tees, add 1 extra business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking once shipped.
United States Shipping
- Standard options at checkout typically include:
- USPS Priority: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
- Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air): 1–2 business days
- Rates are calculated by weight, distance, and service level at checkout.
- Free US standard shipping on orders $150+ (after discounts, before tax).
- Signature Confirmation is required on orders $300+ or by request at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide to most countries via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or USPS Priority International.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days with DHL/UPS Express; 6–12 business days with Postal Priority.
- Shipping rates and available carriers are shown at checkout based on your address.
- Remote area surcharges may apply; some destinations may default to the nearest available service.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- Unless noted as prepaid at checkout, international orders ship DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid.
- Local VAT/GST, import duties, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier.
- Refusal to pay import fees may result in the package being abandoned or returned; outbound and return costs are non-refundable.
- Tip: Check your country’s de minimis threshold for apparel to estimate potential charges on BAPE shirts.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking activates within 24 hours of label creation.
- Packages may show “Label Created” until first carrier scan; this is normal during handoff.
- Delivery times are estimates and exclude customs inspections and local delivery delays.
- Missed deliveries: follow the carrier notice to reschedule, pickup, or arrange redelivery.
- Delivered but not received? Check with neighbors and building management, then contact us within 7 days.
Address & Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or hotels for high-value BAPE drops.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO: Select USPS at checkout for eligibility.
- We ship to the address provided at checkout; we cannot change addresses after fulfillment.
- Orders flagged by our security system may require additional verification or be canceled and refunded.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, inner packing, and outer carton.
- Report a lost package if no tracking update for 7 business days (US) or 14 business days (International).
- We will assist in filing a carrier claim and, upon confirmation, offer a replacement or refund when possible.
Returns for Shipped Orders

- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Items must be unworn, with original BAPE tags attached and all packaging.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, and DHL Express depending on destination and service level chosen at checkout.
Can I upgrade shipping after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and preferred service. We’ll confirm availability and any price difference.
Do you require a signature?
Yes for orders $300+ or by request. This helps protect limited BAPE releases from theft.
How are BAPE tees packaged?
Garments are poly-bagged, placed in a protective mailer or box, and cushioned to prevent graphic cracking or tag bending.
Do you ship during holidays?
We observe major US holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.
